Blue Birds

Yesterday it was over-casted and rainy off and on all day. I saw a blue bird when the sun was hidden. It was a bright spot of my day watching him flitter from one bush to another. The colors were magnificent even though it was cloudy. I was saddened when he left.

Seeing the blue bird reminded me of this painting. A canvas print I had on display at Village Artist Gallery sold this week unexpectedly to an individual who made a private appointment to tour the gallery. The original is still available.

Since I cannot see a blue bird fluttering from tree to tree daily, this painting reminds me how beautiful they are. The original is found at this link. Cards are available too.
