I took the photo of the wild turkey in Rhode Island during the winter months many years ago. I call this one “Colorful Turkey”. Many people do not realize how many beautiful colors are found with male turkeys. I created this by burning the turkey on watercolor paper then added the color with water-soluble pencils. Turkeys are also in my neck of the woods in South Carolina. Just not as plentiful as further north.
